Hi, I’m Sylvain, and I was where you are not long ago.

A former business loan analyst turned U.S. entrepreneur, I created this course after navigating the E2 visa process myself. I know how intimidating it can be—but I also know how to get it done right. With a combination of real-world strategy, business planning expertise, and hard-earned lessons, I built this course so others don’t have to go it alone.

My journey started in 2009 when my spouse and I—along with our three children—decided to settle in the United States. After exploring our options, we chose the E2 visa as the most realistic path. We consulted several lawyers and ultimately partnered with one who emphasized the importance of a strong business plan. With 15 years of experience as a business loan analyst, I volunteered to write it myself.

I spent two weeks crafting detailed market analysis and financial projections. When our attorney reviewed it, she was so impressed that she asked if I’d consider writing plans for her firm’s clients. That single email turned into the launch of E2VisaConsulting—and a career helping others make the leap we once did.

Since 2010, I’ve supported countless individuals and businesses pursuing their American dream through the E2 visa—helping them avoid pitfalls, plan strategically, and stay compliant through renewals. I’ve held an E2 visa myself and understand both the advantages and challenges that come with it.
